The information comes from Notice of Commencement filed at the Orange County Comptroller's Office in Florida.
According to WDWmagic.com, the document is signed by Steven Schussler of Schussler Creative, who helped create T-Rex, Rainforest Cafe and the Yak and Yeti, all at Disney World.
Disney has not announced anything official about this restaurant.
Disney Springs is the re-imagined Downtown Disney, which will have more than 150 establishments. The area is expected to be complete in 2016.
