See the Disney-inspired character Oscar gowns

The Oscar telecast is Sunday night and as the stars will walk the red carpet dressed in tuxedos and fine gowns designed by the likes of Prabal Gurung, Versace and Oscar de la Renta.

But what would happen if Disney characters were going to the Academy Awards? Disney decided to have one of its artists create Oscar gowns inspired by Disney characters.

All of the drawings can be seen on Disney Style, including gowns inspired by Elsa from "Frozen," Tiana from "The Princess and the Frog,"  Tinker Bell and Yzma from "The Emperor’s New Groove." Below is a dress inspired by Sally from "The Nightmare Before Christmas."
