"Frozen" has now crossed the $1 billion mark in box office earnings joining six other Disney films in the billion-dollar-box-office club.

The film has grossed $388.7 million in North America and $611.5 million overseas. It still has one final count to premiere - Japan on March 15.
By reaching the mark, the film becomes the highest grossing Disney animation movie of all time, eclipsing "The Lion King" which made $987 million worldwide. Disney-Pixar's "Toy Story 3" is about $63 million ahead of "Frozen" now.
"Frozen" is also now ranks 18th on the all-time worldwide box office gross list.
