Facts and figures from the 2014 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

Topiaries, butterflies as well as food and drink, and music are part of the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival.

For 21 years the festival has been held at Disney World. Here is a look at the festival, by the numbers:

30 million: Blooms are throughout the park during the festival.

500,000: Plants, trees and shrubs are planted for the festival

4,300: Pounds is the weight of the Sulley topiary, Disney's largest topiary.

1,000: Native butterflies will be seen at Tinker Bell’s Butterfly House.

700: Container gardens of flowers, herbs, plants and vegetables in clay pots, barrels and urns enhance the landscape throughout Epcot.

400: Walt Disney World horticulturists needed to install the festival landscape

225: Floating mini-gardens, each three feet in diameter, of multi-hued impatiens provide splashes of color on two ponds that border the walkway between Future World and World Showcase.

150: Hands-on gardening demonstrations and seminars being presented.

100: Epcot horticulturists maintain topiaries and other festival displays.
