Disney World hosts Car Masters Weekend on June 14-15

Lightning McQueen will be appearing at the Car Masters

Weekend at Downtown Disney, June 14-15, 2014. 

More than 100 exotic, classic and muscle cars will descend upon Downtown Disney at Disney World Father's Day weekend as part of the Car Masters Weekend.

The Richard Petty Driving Experience at Walt Disney World Speedway will unveil the two full-size custom character cars, based on the Pixar film "Cars," at the event. The #28 Aiken Axler and #80 Sage VanDerSpin cars will be used in the new Piston Cup Junior Ride-Along program. Lightning McQueen, Mater and Finn McMissle will also be at Downtown Disney from June 14 to 15, 2014.

The Chevrolet Performance Mobile Tour will be on hand to allow all to take photos with its new line of vehicles, including the Corvette Stingray Coupe, Camaro ZL1 Coupe and Volt.

The event will take place each day at the Downtown Disney West Side from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
