Here is a look at six movies coming out this year and when the the DVD releases are scheduled. Keep checking back as more information comes, we will be updating this list.

"Captain America: Winter Soldier" (Aug. 19 for digital download and Sept. 9, 2014): The latest movie in the Disney/Marvel Cinematic Universe story of an Avenger, is available for pre-order. The Winter Soldier," available early on Digital 3D and HD Aug. 19, and on 3D Blu-ray Combo Pack, Blu-ray, DVD and On-Demand Sept. 9. This is the second chapter in the Captain America series as he Falcon and Black Widow fight The Winter Soldier.
The 1-Disc DVD bonus materials include: Making of featurette and deleted scenes.
"X-Men Days of Future Past" (Sept. 16, 2014): The seventh installment in the X-Men film series joins the original older X-men with the characters from the prequel X-Men: First Class. Here the story focuses on two time periods and Wolverine being sent back in time to save mutant kind of the future.
"Maleficent" (Oct. 28, 2014): In release now, this retelling of the "Sleeping Beauty" story from the viewpoint of the "villain" Maleficent, is doing strong in the box office and should be out for all just in time for Halloween.
"Planes: Fire and Rescue" (Nov. 25, 2014): Scheduled for release on July 18, the movie is the sequel to "Planes." When world famous air racer Dusty learns that his engine is damaged and he may never race again, he must shift gears and is launched into the world of aerial firefighting planned.
"Guardians of the Galaxy" (Dec. 16, 2014): The next Disney/Marvel movie due out is from more of a sci-fi comic book and one of the least popular cast of characters or least known characters. The movie should be in theaters Aug. 1 and follows an American pilot and a group of futuristic ex-cons on the run with a highly coveted object in space. So you may want this and you may not, depending on what you see in August.
